Don't get me wrong, the beta designs are kuul af, too. I just prefer the newer designs cuz the characters have a little bit more personality, and their hair isn't copy-pasted.
I prefer older one
I get it. The older designs had a little simplistic feel to it. I also really like how they look a little more kawaii compared to the new versions. :3
The main problem with the beta designs tho was the lack of life. I felt like they were just soulless entities staring at my soul. Not to mention, I made the old ones back in 2023, back when I was extremely terrible at drawing anime. At least with the new designs, I can at least smile when the characters are staring into my soul.
@EvilComix17 reasonable. i do like some newer character designs. im just too used to thicker lined kawaii stuff lol
Like I mentioned in my post, these are just sketches. Some characters won’t look like they did in the sketches in the final renders.
